Engagement

Any engagement between GWK LAW Ltd and the Client shall be subject to GWK LAW Ltd’s express acceptance of such engagement.
All engagements are deemed to have been given to and accepted by GWK LAW Ltd, also if it is the Client’s express or implied intention that an engagement be performed by a specific person. This applies in particular also where a power of attorney is issued to a specific person.
